The undersigned hereby appoints Richard N. Berman and Steven L. Berman, or either of them, as Proxies, each with the power to appoint his substitute, and hereby authorizes either of them to represent and to vote, as designated below, all the shares of common stock of Dorman Products, Inc. (“our” or the “Company”) held of record on March 28, 2008 by the undersigned, at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 22, 2008 or any adjournment thereof.

This proxy, when properly executed, will be voted in the manner directed herein by the undersigned shareholder.  If no direction is made, this proxy will be voted FOR election of all of the director nominees listed below in Proposal 1.  Discretionary authority is conferred by this proxy as to certain matters as described in our Proxy Statement.  At the present time, the Board of Directors knows of no other business to be presented at the Annual Meeting.
