(the Corporation) held on May 5, 2005. Each of the matters is described in greater detail in the Corporations Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated March 4, 2005. The vote on items 1 and 2 was conducted by way of show of hands and the vote on items 3 and 4 was conducted by ballot.
