ITEM 2.02  Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of a press release of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (the “Company”) dated April 19, 2011 announcing, among other things, that the Company expects to report a net loss for the first quarter of 2011 of between $0.16 and $0.19 per share on revenues of approximately $283 million.  The Company also announced that it expects to release full financial results for the first quarter after the market closes on May 3, 2011.
