On April 3, 2008, the Registrant issued the attached press release announcing that the Company’s NASDAQ hearing concerning potential delisting of the Company’s stock on NASDAQ had concluded, that NASDAQ Staff had recommended in a memorandum dated March 26, 2008 that the Company be given an extension of time in order to achieve compliance, and that a final decision of the Panel is expected within the next 30 days. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
