Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 10, 2007, Forest announced the appointment of a new executive officer. Ronald C. Nutt was appointed to serve as Vice President, Southern Region, and will be responsible for managing Forest’s Southern business unit. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Nutt had served in various capacities with several companies in the oil and gas exploration and production industry.
