Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 8, 2004, AAR CORP. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in conjunction with the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended February 29, 2004, it recorded an additional expense resulting from an unfavorable Court ruling relating to an engine lease transaction that expired in August 2001. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
