Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Vectren Corporation (the Company) is amending the 8-K filed on September 10, 2015 that announced the addition of Teresa J. Tanner to its Board of Directors. At that time, Ms. Tanner had not yet been assigned to any Board Committees. On May 24, 2016, Ms. Tanner was appointed to the Board's Compensation and Benefits Committee and the Finance Committee.
