On December 10, 2010, Capitol Federal Financial announced that Capitol Federal Financial, Inc., has completed the resolicitation and community offering phase of its stock offering.  On a preliminary basis, approximately 38.5 million shares were subscribed for in the resolicitation and community offering.  T
he remaining shares are being offered to the public in a syndicated offering.
