On February 10, 2016, j2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015, and the following financial guidance for fiscal year 2016: revenues between $830 and $860 million and Adjusted Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of between $4.70 and $5.00.
The Company also announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3250 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 10, 2016, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2016. Future dividends will be subject to approval by the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company also announced that it has extended its five million share repurchase program set to expire February 20, 2016, by an additional year.
