OTR Film Festival balances weighty cinema with upbeat celebration

Films about disability, diversity, freedom, faith and identity are on the bill for the Over-the-Rhine International Film Festival in March. The serious cinema will be complemented by a slate of parties, as well as a celebrity guest.
