First Dance Limited is now offering classes that not only stretch and strengthen students’ muscles, but also provide an outlet for self-expression and creativity, leading to improved mental, spiritual and physical health and well-being.
Students can choose a variety of dance classes, as well as classes in musical theatre. Those who want to showcase their talent can take part in public performances that are presented twice a year, or be part of guest performances in the Woking Dance Space Show in which the FDS participates.

Founded in 2005 by award-winning dancers, and sisters, Emma and Katie Brewer, First Dance Studios is situated at Heather Farm which is set in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Horsell Common.
The professional dancers who teach classes at the studio are confident that dance provides an enjoyable, healthy, and stress-free outlet for both self-expression and creativity.
Individuals aged 16 to well over 60 can opt to attend one or more of the scheduled classes which are held in a brand, new studio.
Interested students who are seeking to unlock their inner dancer or performer can now enrol in an array of jazz, tap, contemporary, ballet, barre fitness, Latin, ballroom, Zumba, Pilates, stretch flow, musical theatre and choir classes.
Another popular set of dance classes that First Dance Studios offers are those for couples wishing to learn a dance routine for their wedding’s first dance.

An extension of the studio’s range of classes builds on the success of The Vision Project, an Arts Council funded initiative that Emma Brewer launched in 2021 during the Covid pandemic. Its aim then was (and continues even now) to use dance and other creative activities (such as choir, arts and crafts, sculpture, etc) to bring together people and help support personal growth.
