Minnesota lawmakers call for audit of Southwest LRT project

Legislators from both parties on Thursday called for an audit of the Southwest Light Rail Transit project, a day after the Metropolitan Council acknowledged that the rail link between Minneapolis and Eden Prairie would open four years late and cost $1 billion over initial estimates.
