Floki Inu price forecast: how far will FLOKI grow after CoinMarketCap verification?

Floki Inu FLOKI/USD is a dog-themed cryptocurrency based on the many meme-coins out there. Its main inspiration was another competing token known as the Shiba Inu token, whose community led to the creation of FLOKI.

It is an ERC-20 token, which means that it is built on top of the Ethereum blockchain. The token is named after Elon Musk’s dog, which is a Shiba Inu dog breed named Floki. 

On January 21, 2022, we saw an official announcement made by the Floki Inu team on Twitter, where they mentioned how the world’s number 1 crypto asset tracking website verified the FLOKI market cap.

What this essentially did was legitimize FLOKI and rank the project among the top cryptocurrencies in the world.

Alongside the development of the token, the team behind it is developing a play-to-earn NFT metaverse game known as Valhalla, and FLOKI is intended to be used for an NFT marketplace called FlokiPlace.

What this means is that with the launch of Valhalla, as well as the launch of FlokiPlace, we could see the token’s utility increase, which will lead to its increase in value. Additionally, the headline media attention from the CMC confirmation could also assist the token towards a spike in its value.

On January 22, 2022, Floki Inu (FLOKI) had a value of $0.00004237.
