Nine New Mexico counties fall back to more restrictive tiers under the state's Covid-19 reopening framework

A county where the virus is on the rise, requiring a move back to a more restrictive level, must begin operating at the more restrictive level within 2 days. For counties that improve, the change to a less restrictive tier is immediate.
