Geraldo Alken is one of the few people in the world that has mastered his life and found true meaning. The digital marketing guru and jump rope expert has been through a lot, but now manages two companies that bring in a 7-figure income at the age of 28.
After his Bachelor in Applied Psychology, Geraldo decided to look for a job so he can start creating his life. He sent out hundreds of applications, but none of them came back positive. Like most young men of his age without a job and mounting bills to pay, he became frustrated and unsure what to do.
Eventually, he settled for a 9-5 job working at a call center, which is nowhere close to his university's core subject. He wasn't satisfied with the job because there was no excitement and fun, just a tedious everyday routine.
While having a conversation with a friend, Geraldo got the idea of starting his own business. But he didn't put word to action, and for a long time, he didn't achieve anything. He eventually got the courage to start a digital marketing firm which he called Your Charisma. This name came to be because people kept telling him he had charisma, and he should use it to elevate his life.
After a few years of learning, struggle, setbacks, and perseverance, Your Charisma became a very successful company serving thousands of businesses, having over 500 representatives in over 35 countries worldwide. They provide inbound marketing, website design, content creation, search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Two years after starting his digital marketing business, the unthinkable happened. Geraldo Alken tried to log in to his social media accounts, but he couldn't. He lost 80% of his business overnight and went back to square 1. Warriors don't ever quit, so he continued to fight his battle by looking inward to find out if there was a passion left inside him that's yet to manifest.
He came up with a new venture called "Elevate Rope", where he teaches people how to use a jump rope to improve their mental state and physical wellness. Geraldo Alken's jump rope lessons are currently one of the highest in demand on the internet. He has a YouTube channel with 100s of videos offering tips, tricks, and strategies for getting fitter, faster, and stronger using nothing more than a jump rope, having fun while at it. Jump ropes that he also sells on his web shop elevaterope.com. To top it off he is the founder of ‘The Elevate Family’. Also known as one of the biggest Jump rope fitness communities in the world.
Geraldo Alken is an inspiration to his generation. Despite what he has been through, he's still able to express himself and deliver excellence, running two companies at 28, doing what he loves and earning over seven figures a year while at it. The reason he tells his story is to inspire other young people to achieve greatness to believe in themselves. He said, “even if all odds are against you, there’s only one person that needs to believe in you, and that’s you.
