Economists cite stimulus, vaccine as keys to recovery in 2021

Two economists — including one from Arizona — spoke on Friday at an annual University of Arizona Economic Outlook Event and expressed cautious optimism for an economic recovery by the middle of next year. However, there are still some wild cards in play.
