(OTC US: FRCN), a non-reporting company since November 7, 2014, due to the filing of a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, announced today that the Company has fallen victim to an elaborate fraud with false claims of the Company’s business activity to promote the Company’s stock, which resulted in a substantial increase in the Company’s trading activity.
