Ruth Bader Ginsburg to be first woman to lie in state at Capitol after lying in repose at Supreme Court

The late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will become the first woman to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol this week, and apparently only the second justice of the Supreme Court to be honored in that way.
