Russia's pro-Kremlin party claims victory in elections overshadowed by Navalny poisoning

Russia's United Russia party, the backer of President Vladimir Putin, has claimed victory in scores of regional elections that were held this weekend, several weeks after the suspected poisoning of opposition politician Alexei Navalny.
