The chairman of International Exchange, Jeffrey Sprecher, and his wife, Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler of Georgia, sold millions of dollars of stocks from their accounts in February, after Loeffler and other senators received a private briefing from Trump administration officials about the coronavirus outbreak.
