Home prices rise at a slower pace: S&P Case-Shiller

Home values increased 5.2 percent annually in November, down from 5.3 percent in October, according to the widely-watched S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index. The 10-city composite annual increase also fell to 4.3 percent, down from 4.7 percent in the previous month.
