California governor Brown warns 'new normal' of wildfires could bring fiscal stress down the road

Gov. Jerry Brown on Wednesday called the wildfire situation in California part of "the new normal" and said the state has the money today to fight fires but cautioned things could get tighter in coming years due to a downturn.
