(OTC Pink: ADTC) announces the appointment of the following persons as directors and officers of the Company to fill the existing vacancies in the Board of Directors: Subsequent to the appointment of Mr. Arai to the board of directors, the former sole officer and director of ADTC tendered his resignation to Mr. Arai.
Mr. Tsunenobu Arai to serve as a Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,
Mr. Masaru Tanzawa to serve as a Director, President and Chief Operation Officer and
