U.S. Stock Futures Rise Higher Despite Swiss Shocker

Dow futures turned higher Thursday morning, reversing course as investors faced U.S. economic reports and a surprise move by the Swiss National Bank. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 51 points, or 0.3%, to 17,420. The S&P 500 index rose 6.25 points, or 0.32%, to 2013.75.
