Five international closed-end funds for dividends

With many economists forecasting a weak U.S. economy for at least another year, this may be the right time to consider international markets. While plenty of exchange-traded-funds target foreign stocks, only a few pay significant dividends. Accordingly, for dividend investors closed-end funds may offer better opportunity.
