DALLAS - February 23, 2026 - Alex Wilcox, Co-Founder and CEO of JSX, continues to advance a streamlined approach to regional air travel, drawing on more than three decades of experience in commercial aviation and airline operations.
Alex Wilcox co-founded JetSuiteX, now known as JSX, with the goal of offering travelers a more efficient alternative for short-distance routes. Since its launch, JSX has flown hundreds of thousands of customers across tens of thousands of flights while maintaining an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of 85 or above, reflecting consistently strong customer feedback.
Prior to leading JSX, Alex Wilcox was a founding executive at JetBlue Airways, where he played a role in launching the carrier in 1999. During his tenure, JetBlue introduced product enhancements such as LiveTV and all-leather seating, contributing to a differentiated customer experience within the low-fare sector.
Wilcox later served as president and chief operating officer of Kingfisher Airlines until 2006. He subsequently partnered with Proctor Capital Partners to develop the business plan for JetSuite, a business jet charter company, and began serving as CEO of JetSuite in July 2007.
Alex Wilcox began his aviation career in customer service at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where he gained early exposure to airline operations and business planning. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and English. He was named a Henry Crown Fellow by the Aspen Institute and is a member of the Lone Star chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Born in London to an American father and Swiss mother, Wilcox is a citizen of the United States. His career has spanned roles in startup launches, executive leadership and operational strategy across multiple international markets.
