Seasoned professional brings more than 30 years of managed care experience to the role

In this vital role, Seal will provide strategic leadership and direction for all of Prodigy’s sales functions. She will be focused on expanding the company’s footprint in the workers’ compensation market, building relationships with insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured organizations, government agencies, and intermediary organizations.
Seal will also serve as a key member of Prodigy’s executive team, collaborating with other members to closely align sales strategies with the mission, values, and long-term objectives as the company continues to grow.

For her part, Seal brings more than 30 years of workers’ compensation and auto casualty managed care experience to the role, with deep knowledge across pharmacy benefit management, ancillary services, medical bill review, PPO, and case management.
Her impressive background includes a multitude of leadership roles with well-respected organizations. Most recently, she served as senior national sales executive for Paradigm. Prior to that, she spent time as senior vice president of sales for ProCare Rx, senior director of sales management for Conduent, chief client officer for First Managed Care Option, and vice president of regional sales for Optum.
