Baker Tilly Names MJ Anderson as Head of Learning

Leading advisory, tax and assurance firm Baker Tilly announces the appointment of Mary Jo (MJ) Anderson as head of learning. In this role, Anderson will lead the firm’s learning and development approach, driving initiatives that align with Baker Tilly’s strategy and the firm’s purpose of unleashing and amplifying talent.

Reporting to Chief People Officer Amy Ward, Anderson will be critical in advancing Baker Tilly’s talent development efforts and supporting the firm’s growth by delivering innovative learning solutions to meet the organization’s unique and evolving needs.

Anderson joins Baker Tilly with a distinguished career in global learning and talent development. Anderson's most recent roles were at Ferrero where she led the global corporate university for six years at the headquarters in Luxembourg and most recently supporting the portfolio of North American companies in creating a learning function across the ice cream, chocolate and sugar confectionery businesses. Prior to Ferrero, Anderson held senior leadership roles in learning and professional development at Navigant Consulting Group, Deloitte and Huron Consulting Group.
