On July 18, 2023, Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic, P.A. notified individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic, P.A., they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on April 14, 2023. Peachtree Orthopaedic Clinic, P.A. determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: names, address, date of birth, driver’s license number, Social Security numbers, medical treatment/diagnosis information, treatment cost, financial account information, and health insurance/provider information.
