Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in Illinois and further expands Relation’s offerings in the region

Relation Insurance Services, (“Relation”) acquired the assets of Kane Insurance Agency (“Kane”). The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2023 and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
