(Reserve) were impaired and recorded the impairment loss. On September 27, 2005 the registrant issued a press release announcing the amount and reasons for the impairment charge. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report. (b) The amount of the impairment is $1.9 million. (c) None.
