| The Registrant experienced internal staffing resource constraints due primarily to a transaction that the company is currently evaluating and negotiating regarding the sale of its Aircraft Communications Products business segment, which prevented the company from compiling and preparing the required information in time to file the report by the required deadline. The Registrant’s management reasonably believes that it can complete and file the Form 10-K within the extension period. |
