Item 8.01 – Other Events
On November 19, 2009, Peoples Bancorp Inc. issued a news release announcing the Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2009 dividend of $0.10 per common share. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this current Report on Form 8-K.
