Effective November 15, 2016, Zack Rinat has re-assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis to replace Edward Sander, who will be leaving the company and resigning from the board of directors effective November 18, 2016. Mr. Rinat is Model N’s founder and has served as the Chairman of the board of directors since the company’s inception in December 1999. Mr. Rinat also served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from December 1999 to February 2016 and as Executive Chairman since February 2016. In connection with his service as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rinat will receive an annual base salary of $1.00. |
