Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On April 1, 2019, Vislink Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

On April 1, 2019, the Company held a conference call in order to discuss its financial and operational results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 (the “Conference Call Transcript”). A copy of the Conference Call Transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
