On November 27, 2007, Samaritan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release that Samaritan’s Dr. Laurent Lecanu is to Present at the Alzheimer’s Drug Development Summit in Arlington, VA on Friday, November 30th. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference.
