Golar LNG Dividend Information

Reference is made to the fourth quarter 2011 results released on February 21, 2012. Golar LNG limited will be trading ex-dividend of a total dividend of $0.325 per share on March 7, 2012. The record date is March 9, 2012 and the dividend will be paid on or about March 21, 2012.
