On March 7, 2018, John S. Stanik informed Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (the Company) that he would not run for re-election to the Companys Board of Directors when his term expires at the Companys 2018 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Stanik will serve out his current term. As previously announced on October 3, 2018, Mr. Stanik plans to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company at such time in 2018 as a suitable successor is identified and appointed, and his decision not to run for re-election is related to his retirement. Mr. Stanik, age 64, has served on the Companys Board of Directors since 2015.
