Pro forma Ratios of Earnings to Fixed Charges:   As adjusted on a pro forma basis to give effect to the offer and sale of the notes and the use of the net proceeds, our ratio of earnings to fixed charges would have been 20.5x for the nine months ended June 30, 2014 and 16.7x for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013, and our ratio of earnings to fixed charges, excluding brokerage interest expense, would have been 22.8x for the nine months ended June 30, 2014 and 18.5x for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013.
