At the Annual Meeting, shareowners of record at the close of business on February 28, 2014 will be asked:
1. | To elect 12 directors, as listed in the Proxy Statement, for a term of one year. |
2. | To conduct an advisory vote to approve named executive officer compensation. |
3. | To ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the companys independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2014. |
4. | To consider a shareowner proposal requesting the preparation of a political spending report, if properly presented. |
5. | To consider a shareowner proposal related to special shareowner meetings, if properly presented. |
Shareowners may also be asked to consider such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
