On January 7, 2013, Motorola Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Eugene A. Delaney, Executive Vice President, Product & Business Operations, will retire from the Company at the end of June 2013 after a 35-year career. Effective immediately, Mark Moon will assume responsibility for product operations, which includes product development, engineering and supply chain, in addition to his existing responsibilities. Mark has been named Executive Vice President and President, Sales & Product Operations. Prior to his retirement, Gene will work closely with the Company’s management to ensure a smooth transition.
