Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated January 21, 2011 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated January 21, 2011, the Company reported that its Board of Directors has approved on January 20, 2011, the update and an increase of its Global Note Program (the “Program”) for a principal amount up to US$ 50.000.000 duly authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission (“CNV”) by means of Resolution Nº15.972 dated September 4, 2008.
Also the Board of Directors approved by virtue of Shareholder’s General Meeting’s delegation of powers dated October 29, 2010, an increase in the amount of the global note Program in force in an additional amount of up to US$ 100,000,000, for a total amount of up to US$ 150,000,000.
