Effective January 1, 2011, the Board of Directors of Autoliv, Inc. (the Company) has amended and restated the Companys code of ethics that applies to its senior executive officers, including the Companys principal executive officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer (the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Senior Officers). The purposes of amending and restating the Companys Code of Conduct and Ethics for Senior Officers were (i) conforming disclosure to other stated Company policies, (ii) generally updating and enhancing the awareness, overall readability, and (iii) clarifying and emphasizing key compliance areas of the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Senior Officers.
A copy of the Code of Conduct and Ethics for Senior Officers is publicly available on the investor portion of the Companys website at www.autoliv.com.
