Item 8.01 Other Events

AETI announces that the company and Wiscom Systems have been unable to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement for the technical and commercial terms related to the proposed Joint Venture between the companies and have mutually agreed to dissolve the previously announced Memorandum of Understanding.
