On June 7, 2010, the Board of Directors of Cedar Fair Management, Inc., the general partner of Cedar Fair, L.P., appointed Eric Affeldt and John M. Scott III as Class I Directors of Cedar Fair with a term ending 2013. This is pursuant to the agreement the Company entered into with Q Funding III, L.P. and Q4 Funding L.P. and filed on a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 5, 2010.
