Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 19, 2007, prior to market opening, NATCO Group Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007. This press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and its contents are incorporated by reference into this report.
