APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
Executive Compensation
On January 25, 2008, recent appointees to the Registrant’s Board of Directors, Jerry Pane (appointed on October 25, 2007) and Sheldon Baer (appointed on November 5, 2007) were each issued 5,000,000 shares of the Registrant’s common stock. The shares were issued in appreciation for each’s prior efforts on behalf and in support of the company, including efforts made before their respective appointments to the Board of Directors.
