APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
On January 2, 2007, Christopher Duncan resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of International Power Group, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other interests. Mr. Duncan served in this position since May 15, 2006. The Company and Mr. Duncan are currently negotiating the terms of a consulting agreement for Mr. Duncan so that he may provide services to the Company in a different capacity.
