Item 5.03   

Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.


On October 13, 2004, the Company's Board of Directors approved a change in the Company's fiscal year from June 30 to September 30, consistent with the fiscal year end of GoPublicToday.com ("GPT"), Pubco White Papers, Inc. ("PWP"), Nevada Fund ("NF"), and Public Company Management Services, Inc. ("PCMS"). The Registrant acquired 92.1%, 100%, 98.0% and 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of GPT, PWP, NF, and PCMS, respectively, in a reverse merger transaction.
