Effective November 18, 2010, Steven Gibree ceased employment as Executive Vice President of Product Development of Summer Infant, Inc. The terms of Mr. Gibree’s separation from the company have not yet been determined. A press release announcing Mr. Gibree’s departure is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
